The state portal “Diya” has temporarily suspended the acceptance of applications for the registration of individual entrepreneurs (FOP). A message about this appeared in the official telegram channel of the resource.

Diya noted that they are suspending the acceptance of applications for registration of private entrepreneurs in order to solve the problem of significant workload on registrars and improve the receipt of services. Reception of applications will begin in about a week, after the functionality of the new USR has been finalized.

“We are very sorry that this happened.
We are grateful that you understand and stay with “Diya”
Don’t worry, previously submitted applications are being processed, all data is saved!
We will definitely inform you when you will be able to open your own business through the portal again ”.

Note that the introduction of the updated USR software into industrial operation and the end of the data migration process to the updated USR was announced on August 11, 2020 – five days ahead of schedule. Prior to this, the registry software was last updated over 10 years ago – in 2007.

Recall that on April 2, 2020, the Ministry of Finance launched an electronic government website “Diya” with various services for business and citizens, which, among other things, allows you to quickly register an individual entrepreneur. As a result, in the first two months of work online, 16.1 thousand new FOPs were registered, which is almost 45% of all FOP registrations for this period.
