Thus, Russian providers will have to provide free traffic from any Russian smartphone to access certain programs, applications and services on the Internet. Putin also noted the high level of development of Internet technologies in Russia, indicating that the country has Russian social networks, instant messengers, mail and search engines.
The Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation stated that in the near future it will specify the parameters and measures for the implementation of the Accessible Internet project.
